At Care-ets Home Care, LLC, we provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care for seniors and individuals with special needs across the extended Sierra Nevada Foothills and greater Sacramento area We’re known for being supportive and family-like, and we’re also serious about standards, safety, and professionalism.

Pay: $21.50–$25.00/hour (based on experience and role fit)
Job Types: Part-time, Full-Time opportunities when available

What you’ll do:

You’ll provide non-medical in-home support such as:

  • Assist with ADLs: bathing/showering, grooming, dressing, toileting, continence care 

  • Meal preparation and hydration support 

  • Medication reminders (non-medical) 

  • Light housekeeping and laundry tied to client wellbeing 

  • Companionship and engagement (conversation, activities, routines) 

  • Errands/transportation support as assigned 

  • Communicate clearly with the office and document essentials (as required)

  • Is dependable, punctual, and communicates early if something changes

  • Can provide hands-on personal care with kindness + professionalism

  • Is coachable and willing to follow care plans and safety standards

  • Has reliable transportation and a smartphone for scheduling/communication

Preferred (not required):

  • Current California HCA registration (or willingness to complete/maintain it—we can guide you) 

  • CNA/HHA experience, dementia care experience, or strong ADL skills
